What a crazy day, with going back to work, cleaning my house like a mad women, showing my house, finding time to feed my children, and running, I am amazed I am still standing. I only had one break down, so I guess I'm doing ok. I ran with my neighbor today and it felt good to have someone to run with, it made the time pass quickly. We ran 4 miles tonight. I have no idea how long it took, but it felt fairly slow. She set the pace and it was not my fastest run. In someways I am very glad because my knees are still recovering from Saturday. I did it, so Hooray for me! One more day down.
